For 23 years, the Flathead Home and Garden Showcase marks the end of winter and gives us all a reason to start building our project lists for getting our homes and gardens in tip top shape for another fabulous summer season that is sure to come!

Whether you plan to build a new home or remodel an existing, take a fresh approach and gather your ideas all under one roof, attend the Showcase. Every aspect of the home can be explored, from the smallest design detail to the largest house addition.

Experts will be showcasing everything for the home including, but not limited to the latest in cabinetry and countertops, flooring, patios and additions, basement finishing, waterproofing, smart home automation, energy efficient windows and exterior products as well as the newest ideas pertaining to landscape installations.

We’ll kick-off the long weekend on Thursday night as the Taste of Home Cooking School returns for what will surely be the tastiest start to the Home & Garden Showcase we have ever had! When you purchase a ticket to the Taste of Home Cooking School, not only will you have a chance at the Cooking School’s array of door prizes, receive a fun gift bag, and enjoy a high energy evening of fabulous cooking demonstrations, you’ll receive FREE entry into the Home and Garden Showcase for the entire weekend!  Tickets for the Cooking School are sold at the Daily Inter Lake, Super 1 Foods and at the Flathead Building Association.

The DreamBuilder Playhouse raffle returns! Come out and see the wonderful play houses and purchase some raffle tickets to support the efforts of the Nurturing Center. The DreamBuilders Playhouse raffle is held each spring and helps the Center raise funds to support their programs and mission to ensure children are treated with respect and live in safety with secure, healthy relationships.

All this happens starting Thursday night, March 15 with the Taste of Home Cooking School and then the Showcase opens at 4pm on Friday, March 16 and runs through Sunday, March 18. Don’t miss this opportunity to get all the ideas you need to transform your space and meet the most knowledgeable and experienced remodeling and building experts who can make it happen.
